Commemorating the Holy Month of Ramadan, CasaLena invites guests to gather, reconnect, and break fast together through two thoughtfully curated dining experiences that celebrate warmth, generosity, and bold flavours inspired by Latin and Middle Eastern traditions. CasaLena’s Ramadan offerings highlight slow-cooked dishes, fire-grilled specialties, and comforting classics served in a welcoming setting. It is truly designed for both family-style dining and communal feasting.
The first special menu is the Ramadan Platter. The set brings together CasaLena’s signature dishes in one complete set menu—perfect for sharing. Guests can enjoy a selection of green salad, Mandhi rice, pita bread, lamb shank, grilled chicken, and bife de vacio, completed with dessert. Moreover, each platter includes complimentary iftar snack or takjil to start the evening.
Next on the offering is the Asado Iftar. This spread offers a more immersive dining experience inspired by CasaLena’s signature fire-grilled cooking. The evening begins with takjil selections including empanades, fritters, dates, and sweet coconut rice porridge with red sago pearl or in its more familiar name, sumsum mutiara.
Guests can then enjoy a live-grill selection prepared using the monolith grill, featuring grilled chicken, bife de vacio, matambre, lamb skewers, and chicken skewers. The buffet selection includes biryani rice, salad, pita bread, grilled vegetables, and fries. The experience is concluded with desserts including refreshing fruit soup with mixed fruits and jelly, mini tres leches, and rolled coconut pandan pancake. The Asado Iftar is available starting from February 27, 2026.
With these Ramadan specials, CasaLena presents more than just a meal, it’s also about creating moments of togetherness centred around shared plates, open flames, and meaningful conversation.
