The Lunar New Year Hampers is available in three selections. First, there is the Legacy, a thoughtful introduction to the season, featuring four selections of artisanal cookies for one whole plain or prune layer cake, perfect for intimate gatherings and heartfelt gestures. Second is Dynasty, a generous selection that elevates the celebration, including four selections of artisanal cookies and one whole plain or prune layer cake, symbolizing continuity, unity, and shared abundance. Last, and definitely not least, Majesty. An opulent expression of Lunar New Year prosperity, featuring four selections of artisanal cookies, one whole plain or prune layer cake, diffuser oil, loose tea, honey, dried fruit, and a 750 ml bottle of sparkling juice. Moreover, designed to indulge the sense, the Majesty hamper reflects the richness and generosity of the season.
Not limited to hampers, the hotel’s well-known restaurant, PA.SO.LA Restaurant presents a series of curated dining experience. Complementing the spirit of festivities, the dining series is where tradition and celebration come together at the table. Guests may begin the feast with Salmon and Jellyfish Yu Sheng, a symbolic dish of prosperity and good fortune, followed by a refined House Made Dim Sum Selection, featuring highlights such as Truffle Shrimp Siu Mai and Pan Seared Chicken Gyoza.
Main course offerings showcase the richness of the season with indulgent dishes including Stir Fried Lobster, delicate Grouper Fillet, succulent Suckling Pig, and the hotel’s Signature Peking Duck, prepared with time-honoured technique and presented with elegance.
