From February 19 to March 18, PA.SO.LA Restaurant is transformed into an evocative Cairo setting where lanterns aglow, spices perfuming the air, and the flavours of the Nile brought to Jakarta. Especially for the Holy Month, two distinguished guest chefs from The Nile Ritz-Carlton, Cairo, supported by Qatar Airways, join the kitchen and present an authentic and deeply rooted Egyptian culinary narrative.
Chef Walid Anwar Diab, Senior Chef de Cuisine at The Nile Ritz-Carlton, Cairo is leading the collaboration. With more than three decades of culinary mastery and international representation of Egyptian gastronomy, Chef Walid blends classical technique with cultural authenticity. Joining him is Chef Mohsen Mohamed Ramadan Ahmed Hassan, a seasoned Marriott chef with 18 years of experience, celebrated for his command of Egyptian, Lebanese, and Syrian traditions and his refined contemporary presentations. Together, they present an iftar experience through Monday to Sunday at 6 – 10 PM, conceived as a journey through Cairo’s vibrant streets and intimate gathering.
Extending beyond iftar fare, PA.SO.LA offers Eid Brunch Fest on March 19 and 20 at 12 – 3 PM. It’s a jubilant finale where families and friends gather in gratitude to welcome new beginnings with a lavish spread inspired by timeless traditions.
